Position Summary
District Operations Manager will lead and support operational activities for Valley City, LaMoure and Ashley. These activities will include, but not be limited to service departments, parts departments, administrative tasks, facility management, fleet management, training, onboarding, recruitment, and customer experience. Key personal qualities include confidence, competitiveness, driven to succeed, strong communication skills, and be a team player. Critical decision-making skills are also necessary for this position and a desire to constantly learn and improve to strive towards excellence. A strong work ethic, moral standards with a high level of professionalism, and pride in the quality of work performed will lead to success for this individual.
Job Responsibilities

Lead, support, and drive aftermarket activities in designated areas and locations: revenue, growth, and efficiencies
· Maintain facility appearance for assigned dealership locations including Valley City, Ashley and LaMoure.
· Security and Safety items monitored and completed for assigned dealership locations
· Evaluate the performance of staff, coach, and support their skill development and career planning activities
· Ensure appropriate aftermarket staffing and recruiting to meet business objectives
· Retain and monitor fleet management of assigned dealership locations
· Onboard new personnel and assist in continual education for all reporting personnel
· Verify administrative tasks are completed on time and efficiently through assigned locations
Qualifications

Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
· Driven and highly self-motivated
· Experience leading a team and working cooperatively in a team environment
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while being detail orientated
· Possesses strong traits such as decision-making, problem solving and good judgement
· Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office Suite applications
· 5+ years of Business Management experience preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Valid driver’s license required
