Position Summary

As the Lot Foreman, you’ll manage overall location responsibilities and ensure our lot, equipment, and storage areas are organized, clean, and ready for use—creating a positive first impression for customers and supporting smooth operations. You’ll coordinate logistics, inspect equipment, and assist with deliveries while working closely with the Service Manager to manage schedules and priorities. 

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the professional appearance of the lot, buildings (interior and exterior), and surrounding areas. 
  • Ensure the lot remains organized, with equipment arranged in designated locations, properly tagged, and easy to locate.  
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure equipment for sale is arranged and displayed in a professional manner 
  • Coordinate the flow of equipment through the wash bay, communicating with the Service Manager on units needing attention and confirming quality of wash/detailing once complete. 
  • Oversee organization of warehouses and the back lot, including pallets, shipping stands, e-crates, and warranty parts. 
  • Manage equipment logistics, including loading and unloading units, inspecting for damage, ensuring proper placement on the lot, and ensuring equipment is properly tagged.  
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager on scheduling and coordinating equipment deliveries and pick-ups. 
  • Assist with building and facility maintenance as needed. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently.  
  • High School diploma or GED, along with a Valid Driver's License.  
  • 3+ years of experience in service repairs.  
  • Experience in team leadership and collaborative teamwork.  
  • Experience operating vehicles, tools, and diagnostic equipment.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment. 
  • Knowledge of mechanics and/or agricultural equipment.

Compensation

The following represents Brandt Holdings compensation estimation based on market data and placement of internal employees. This is a hourly role with a starting base of $20.00 and going up to $25.00+ based on experience.
