Position Summary
As the Mobile Service Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the team of Mobile Service and Precision Ag Technicians and manage out-of-store service to our agricultural and commercial customers. You will be accountable for effectively coordinating inspections and repair work, ensuring seamless communication among team members and customers, assisting with customer quoting, and billing, and collaborating with store Service Managers to meet customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for Mobile Service and Precision Ag Technicians.
• Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for inspections, in-field repairs, diagnostics, and optimization of machinery.
• Foster clear and proactive communication with colleagues and customers to ensure alignment and exceptional service delivery.
• Support direct reports by assisting with job quoting, reviewing work orders, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure completion of monthly safety training.
• Provide or facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company processes and policies to achieve customer service and performance objectives.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Manager or Coordinator role within a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication, capable of effectively engaging with both individuals and groups.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of independent task management.
• Exhibit sound business judgment and the capability to autonomously execute assignments and achieve objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in John Deere agricultural equipment service repairs.
• Experience utilizing ExpertConnect and ExpertAlerts.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting performance metrics.
• Experience using Service Advisor or diagnostic tools.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Shop or People management experience.

Compensation
The following represents Brandt Holdings compensation estimation based on market data and placement of internal employees. This is a salary role with a starting base of $73,500 and going up to $95,000 based on experience. This role is also incentive eligible and is based on performance.
