Position Summary

Our Delivery Driver plays a vital role in ensuring seamless transport and delivery operations,
fostering positive interactions with customers and our logistics support team at Valley Plains
Equipment. We seek individuals who share our passion for agriculture and are committed to
enhancing the customer experience. Key attributes for success in this role include the ability to
safely transport equipment, effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a

Job Responsibilities

• Safely load and transport dealer and customer-owned equipment to and from
• designated locations, including dealerships, customer sites, or factory facilities.
• Maintain assigned equipment in optimal working condition and ensure cleanliness.
• Proactively communicate with load requesters to coordinate efficient transport logistics.
• Adhere to all county, state, and federal safety regulations governing transportation
• operations including weight strictions, applicable endorsements/permits, etc.
• Maintain all required certifications in accordance with DOT, OSHA, and company
• policies.
• Provide basic equipment operating instructions to customers as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a positive dealer image.
• Complete any other duties or projects assigned by management.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of large equipment operations is required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• A Valid Driver’s License is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.
