Vermeer designs and manufactures quality equipment that enables people on job sites around the world to work more efficiently. When it comes to underground horizontal directional drilling equipment, more people depend on Vermeer NAVIGATOR directional units than on any other line of trenchless equipment. Vermeer stores are located in Hopkington, MA, Castleton, NY and Seymour, CT.

In its 84,000 square foot facility in Ankeny, Iowa, Northstar Power teams provide solutions to diesel and component part needs - producing design work, fabrication, prototyping, first application installation and module/power unit assembly.

Frontier Power Products, ULC, is an engine distributorship, specializing in John Deere, Kubota and Mitsubishi engines as well as Kohler generators. Since 1983, they have served customers in Canada and around the world in providing reliable and practical solutions to power systems. Frontier’s headquarters are in the city of Delta, part of the greater Vancouver area in British Columbia. The distributorship also has locations in Calgary and Edmonton in the province of Alberta; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.


The Real Estate Division's pace is deliberate with a focus on delivering an overall product that makes sense to all parties, now and into the future. A main component of the division is Urban Plains Development, a 200-acre development in southwest Fargo. Urban Plains is anchored by the 5,000-seat Scheels Arena along with an array of housing options and retail. Urban Plains is also the home of Sanford Athletic Park, which consists of a power training facility for athletes and the Family Wellness Center. The division's projects also include office buildings, open-air strip malls and hotels.


The Entertainment Division has taken major strides in recent years. The division’s core attraction is the Fargo Force Hockey Club. Home games are played at the Scheels Arena which is located on our Urban Plains Development. The Fargo Force is a Tier 1 junior hockey team playing in the USHL, which is designed for young men 16-20 years old striving toward a collegiate hockey career.


The Brandt Hospitality Group’s seasoned team manages all phases of hotel development with a number of new projects underway. From site selection through construction and hotel operations, Brandt Hospitality Group is an all-encompassing hotel company. The team collaborates with owners, developers and builders throughout the continental United States.
